AFTER OVERTURNING SEVERAL TIMES THE VEHICLE REENTERED THE ROAD AND CAME TO A STOP FACING SOUTH PARTIALLY OBSTRUCTING THE EASTBOUND LANE OF TRAFFIC. THE OPERATOR OF V-1 WAS EJECTED FROM THE VEHICLE AND WAS PRONOUNCED DECEASED AT THE SCENE.
