Both Vehicle One and Vehicle Two were traveling East on U36. Vehicle Two was positioned in front of Vehicle One. Driver of Vehicle One changed lanes into the Westbound lane, when an oncoming vehicle was traveling Westbound. Driver of Vehicle One attempted to change lanes back to the Eastbound lane, causing Vehicle One to impact Vehicle Two’s trailer. Vehicle One came to rest in the Westbound lane facing East. Vehicle Two came to rest in the Eastbound lane facing East.
