Seward County Deputy attempted to make a traffic stop for damaged windshield. Driver fled Westbound on U54 almost striking a Liberal PD officer on the Eastbound shoulder. The pickup went into the East ditch to avoid the Liberal PD vehicle. Liberal PD threw stop sticks confirming a good stick. Driver then attempted to get back on U54 Westbound but entered a side skid crossing U54 HWY to the West ditch. Vehicle entered the West ditch still in a side skid where the vehicle caught and rolled an unknown number of times before coming to rest upright facing Southeast.
