DVR4 FAILING TO NOTICE VEH3 HAD STRUCK VEH2, SLAMMED ON HIS BRAKES IN AN ATTEMPT TO AVOID STRIKING VEH3. VEH4 BEGAN SKIDDING AND SLIDDING, STRUCK THE REAR OF VEH3, THEN ROTATED CLOCKWISE, TRAVELLED OFF THE EAST SIDE OF THE ROADWAY AND STRUCK A GUARD RAIL. VEH3 CAME TO REST AGAINST THE GUARD RAIL ON ITS WHEELS FACING EAST.
