Ronk’s vehicle was entering Eastbound I70 at Milepost 299 at a high speed. He overtook another vehicle on the right shoulder of the ramp. Upon returning to the Eastbound lane of I70, his vehicle continued to swerve, eventually crossing the center line and entering the Westbound lanes of I70. Here, it collided head-on with a second vehicle.
