According to the police report, the sequence of events was as follows:
Vehicle #1 was proceeding northbound on Old Highway 21, intending to make a left turn onto West Four Ridge Road. Meanwhile, Vehicle #2 was advancing southbound on Old Highway 21, nearing the intersection with West Four Ridge Road. The driver of Vehicle #1 failed to yield to Vehicle #2, causing a collision when Vehicle #1 struck Vehicle #2.
Injuries
Thomas F Remmert sustained minor injuries. He was transported to Mercy Hospital South by the Rock Township Ambulance District .
Vehicle Damage
