Alexander R Hedrick from Cedar Hill, Missouri tragically lost his life on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at 6:25 PM in a vehicular incident that occurred in Jefferson County, Missouri. Hedrick was a 31-year-old man at the time of his demise.
The incident took place at the following location: EASTBOUND MISSOURI 30 AT LOCAL HILLSBORO ROAD
In the event, Hedrick was operating a vehicle. The police provided the following description of the incident:
FATALITY REPORT - The first vehicle was moving westbound on Missouri 30, at a speed that was too high for the prevailing conditions, when the right rear tire of the vehicle failed. This caused the vehicle to spin out of control into the center median and overturn, resulting in the ejection of the driver. The driver was pronounced dead at Mercy Hospital South at 2002 hours on 09/12/2024 by Dr. David Testrake. The case was handled by MSGT. B. M. Beard (254), CVO. R. E. Fain (W140), TPR. D. M. Benson (1269), TPR. C. A. Richardson (634), and Jefferson County Deputies.
Injuries
Alexander R Hedrick tragically sustained fatal injuries. Hedrick was transported by Big River Ambulance District to Mercy Hospital South .
Vehicle Damage
Hedrick was the driver of Vehicle #1, a 1995 Chevrolet 1500. According to the police, the Chevrolet sustained extensive damage rendering it a total loss. The vehicle was subsequently towed from the scene by Northwest Towing .
