Vehicle #1 was heading north on Union Rd and failed to yield, making a left turn in front of Vehicle #2, which was heading south on Union Rd. Both vehicles ended up in the southwest ditch, and Vehicle #1 caught on fire. Assistance was provided by the Black Hawk County Sheriff’s Office, MercyOne EMS , Covenant EMS , Cedar Falls Fire Department, and Waterloo Fire Department.
Injuries
