The police provided the following description of the crash:
Vehicle #1 was heading south on Kirkwood Avenue, while Vehicle #2 was moving east on 465th Street. The driver of Vehicle #1 failed to yield the right of way at the stop sign and entered the intersection, where it was hit on the passenger side by Vehicle #2. The impact caused the passenger of Vehicle #1 to be ejected from the car. Following the collision, Vehicle #2 rolled over and spilled a load of corn. The Stacyville Fire Department, Mitchell County Ambulance , and St Ansgar Fire and EMS responded to the scene.
Injuries
Senika Range sustained injuries in the crash. She was transported to the Regional Health Center by an unspecified ambulance service.
