According to the police report, Skinner was involved in a collision where vehicle #1 was moving southbound on Agency Hedrick Rd while vehicle #2 was heading northbound on the same road. The driver of vehicle #2 attempted a westbound turn and was subsequently struck by vehicle #1. Tragically, the driver of vehicle #1 sustained fatal injuries at the scene. The Iowa State Patrol is still investigating the circumstances of the crash.
