Madeline R Garrity, a 29-year-old woman from Redwood City, California, was injured in a collision on Sunday, September 22, 2024, at 9:05 AM in St. Louis County, Missouri. The incident occurred on the northbound lane of Interstate 270, north of Interstate 55, where Garrity was a passenger.

The police detailed the sequence of events as follows:

Three vehicles were moving northbound on Interstate 270. The driver of the second vehicle lost control while switching lanes, causing the vehicle to spin. The left rear of the second vehicle then collided with the rear of the first vehicle. This caused the first vehicle to veer off the left side of the road, where its left front hit the concrete median. The first vehicle then spun back onto the road, went off again to the left, and its rear collided with the concrete median a second time. Meanwhile, the second vehicle veered off to the right side of the road and hit a sign post. Debris from the median subsequently hit the right side of the third vehicle.

Are you tired of being required to prove you are not a robot? According to the Washington Post , “When you run across a Captcha, the technology might keep a permanent record of your phone or computer identity that can track everywhere you go online.” Further Captchas may be forcing you to train corporate AI systems in order to obtain public records you are entitled to under the law. Captchas are also nearly impossible for people with low vision or other disabilities. Avoid difficult Captcha tests that harvest your personal information, call or text Burt True at 888-878-8783 and ask him to send the full unredacted police report to you. No charge!
