Turner R George, an 18-year-old man from Warrensburg, Missouri, tragically lost his life in a vehicle crash on Friday, September 27, 2024, at 8:54 PM in Johnson County, Missouri.
The collision occurred at SW 271ST ROAD NORTH OF SW 1200TH RD.
According to the police report, the incident unfolded as follows:
This fatal crash represents the 59th fatal crash and 68th fatality of the year for Troop A. The next of kin has been notified. The crash occurred when George, who was driving the vehicle, lost control while accelerating through a curve. The vehicle veered off the road, hit a ditch, overturned, and then struck a fence. George was pronounced dead at 10:00 PM by Deputy Coroner Noah Harness. The investigation was assisted by Master Sergeant R.W. Shaul #528 and the Johnson County Sheriff’s Department.
Injuries
Turner R George tragically lost his life due to the injuries sustained. He was transported by an unnamed service to the Johnson County Coroners Office .
Vehicle Damage
