Kulczyk’s vehicle, referred to as Vehicle 1, was travelling northbound on US77 near milepost 154 when it veered across the center line and collided with Vehicle 2. This collision forced Vehicle 2 off the road and into the West ditch, where it eventually halted after hitting a guard rail. Despite the collision, Vehicle 1 continued northbound, once again crossing the center line and colliding head-on with Vehicle 3. Following this second collision, Vehicle 3 ended up in the West ditch, while Vehicle 1 finally came to a stop in the northbound lane.
Injuries
