Andrew Michael Jestice, a 21-year-old man from Lindsay, Oklahoma, was injured in a collision on Monday, December 23, 2024, at 6:12 PM in Lyon County, Kansas. The incident occurred at I35 Milepost 126.9 Southbound, which is approximately half a mile east of Road G.

The vehicle, driven by Jestice, failed to yield to an emergency vehicle and attempted to overtake another vehicle on the right shoulder. Consequently, Jestice’s vehicle veered off the right shoulder and into a ditch. It then continued through the ditch and collided with a barbed wire fence before finally coming to a halt in a field.
