MATTHEW ROBERT WILLIAMS, a 37-year-old resident of PINE BLUFF, tragically lost his life in a collision on 2025-04-12 at 23:01pm in JEFFERSON County, Arkansas. Vehicle 1 (V-1) was heading south on South Hazel Street, south of 47th Avenue. Vehicle 2 (V-2) was moving north on South Hazel Street and was approaching V-1. V-2 veered across the center line and collided head-on with V-1. The impact caused V-2 to mount the front end of V-1, become airborne, and finally come to rest upright, facing west. V-1 continued northbound along the roadway, eventually coming to rest partly on the roadway and partly on the roadside, still facing south.
